Mediation Services

“When one door closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed one that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.” – Helen Keller

Mediation is a cooperative and transparent process that is structured within a neutral environment where parties involved can discuss and agree on a detailed parenting plan that is sustainable through and post-divorce.

The process of mediation is adapted to each unique family.

During mediation, the parties meet with a mediator whose assistance and objective input creates a structured path to an agreeable contract, while ensuring all factors pertinent to the family and the divorce are thoroughly discussed and the final decisions are made jointly.

This is a child-centered process and is structured around all factors pertaining to the Children’s Act, the Divorce Act, the Maintenance Act, and other relevant legislation.

Mediation eliminates both the cost and the trauma of litigation.
